Was bored today and was too late lugging my lazy arse out of bed to get down to the local car boot, so instead decided to try and resurrect my Master System collection again.  Went hunting on evilBay and scored:

Rampage
GP Rider
Mortal Kombat 2 and
Zool

All boxed with instructions, for £13.92 (including postage).  I'll let you know when they arrive :P  Incidentally, both Zool and MK2 are listed as 8/10 on Digital Press' rarity guide (not entirely sure how closely that should be followed!).

I wouldnt follow the rarity guide on digit press to closely.
And you should double that 6p bastards bid and show him how you really do it.

The SMS Mk.I took game cards as well as cartidges, not a lot of games came out in this format though.

nice price you got on those games there, Master System stuff can be bought quite cheap on eBay, sometimes - the last few bargains i've got on eBay the sellers have welched on it though :(

oh, and the Master System converter for the Mk1 Megadrive also lets you use the cards. I do not know if there is  a compatible converter for the Master cards on the Game Gear though.

As far as I know, all of the cards were re-released in cart form.

Thats pretty cool. Never new that. I dont know much about import stuff.

Just bagged Gauntlet as well for £2.

Scored another good bagain today - Batman Returns, Spiderman, Indiana Jones and Back To The Future II at £2.40 for all four (+£3 P&P).  All are boxed with instructions.

Zool arrvied today as well, and it's in excellent condition.

Phew, bidding is getting a bit hectic at the moment.

Ghost House is now at £10.50 with 20h left.
My Fantastic Dizzy bids have been topped up to £3.70, which I probably won't chase any more.
Noticed a copy of Outrun 3D in an innocent '4 Master System Games' auction and hoped nobody would find it.  I was wrong, and now I'm in a war with someone with me currently leading at £12, will probably go to £15 tops if I can be bothered :P
Spotted another single copy of Outrun 3D which I have been topped all the way up to £5, likely to leave that one.

Well, I was only going for a U.S. card release number.  I guess there were a few more over on the other side of the pond.

all the U.S & U.K SMS Card releases in my collection, and probably not too far out my reach, as say a full Saturn collection is.

Rampage, MKII & Gauntlet arrived today, all in fairly good nicker apart from Rampage which has a sticker on the cart and some pen on the manual, which it didn't say on the auction.  C'est La Vie!
The lot of 4 games including Out Run 3D went for £17.02 in the end, beating my top bid of £15.
Someone outbid me on the lot of 4 (Prince Of Persia, Jungle Book, After Burner and Tennis Ace).
Someone is also outbidding me on Maze Hunter 3D, which is at £5.50 currently.

I have Fantastic Dizzy for the m.drive, and also I have a
double game cart, with two dizzy games on it.

Today I got Zillion 2 (MS) for Three Bucks. Box and Instructions, and Silpheed for Sega CD for five bucks. Looks like its never even been played.

The name escapes me now, but I found a Samurai game for Master System. Anyone know what Im talking about? im going to buy it anyway since its only 3 bucks, but is it cool, or what?
Also, the same store has every single version of the Hang On combo cart, that is, until I buy them all.... Evil cackle goes here.

Yeah I think it's the earliest delivery I've ever had!  They generally come at around 8:30-9am.  Perhaps it was THX :P

Was it a large packet Sureshot? They are delivered by somone other than your regular postman, and can arrive at any time from 7am onwards.

Yeah there were about 11 games in total.

I still find it hard to believe that DP would rate SMS MK2 8/10 for rarity. Maybe a typo? It just seems that a popular title like that would have been manufactured in large numbers before they knew how many they would sell Maybe not.

I've said it beofre and ill say it again dont trust everthing on DP everyone makes mistakes you should double check that rating else were but. But it could be true Sonic for the SMS is a 7 outta 10 i heard in a few places.
