Does anyone know or have a clue what items were packed in with the nes games...things such as the games that came with maps,or posters or misc items such as the troll  

i belive the dragon warrior games came with maps along with uncharted waters,shingh the ruler,pirates

i also have several posters

I don't have a list handy, but I did upload scans of some maps and posters to the extra media section of a bunch of NES games.  I'll see if I can find some time to make a small list.  

What I personally like the most, though, are even harder to find items such as game-specific registration cards, like the Tengen ones.  Zombie Nation also has its own, and Legend of the Ghost Lion as well.  

Edit:  It would be cool if everyone listed their posters/game-specific inserts and posted the product numbers, since all but a few should have product numbers on them similar to the part numbers on the manual/cartridge/box.  

I would assume this kind of info would be readily available in NGD's NES list....

My list does have quite a bit of this info.  I am just trying to track down all the info to fill in the gaps of my list now.  The bulk of all the info is added, I am at the slow part of the process now.

The best thing IMO that came packed in with a NES game was the free toy monster packed with Monster in my Pocket.

I have the plactic monster, but I have never actually seen a troll one for sale.  I do have a pic of it though.

the troll is next to impossible to find as it was attached on the outside of the box with a ziptie through the styro insert, leaving two holes on the front and back of the box.  I also heard a rumor that it was also attached with some sort of elastic band as not to damage the box.  I've heard that there are different colors.  I have seen a pink haired troll and a green haired troll for this game.

I also heard that there were different colors for the monster as well.  I believe it came packed in at the bottom of the NES game and the sytro insert was slightly smaller.

SO beautiful! tracking down a complete trolls on treasure island is quite possibly one of the hardest things to do NES wise... in my humble opinion.  good luck to anyone searching for  those variations as well.

does the troll have any stamps or logo s on it..i have some trolls that were the kids that look just like that one.

I have no clue if they have any marking on them.  I dont' own that one, I just have a pic of it.  I don't know anyone what actually owns one.
