Title: my b-day Wonder Borg
Post by: djbeatmongrel on April 26, 2006, 01:41:12 PM
welp this is a great and strange gift to get but its definitely a centerpiece for me. if you dont know what a wonder borg is its a little robot that is controlled wirelessly with a wonderswan.

Wow, very cool!  I've never seen one of those before!  What kind of stuff can you make the robot do? ;)

basically it moves with either legs or wheels (your choice) and also makes noises. you can  make it move all different directions and sense heat, light/darkness, and things blocking its path. the sensors help it move around when you program it correctly (its fairly simple and is done with the wonderswan).

also it has a pet mode where you can treat it like a pet, feed it, scold it, tell it to come to you. really its an overall neat gadget.

That looks really cool!

I am surprized none of us have seen it or heard of it just because of its cool factor.

Aewsome dude,  I just picked up a Wonderswan last month and I love the little handheld.  How much does the Wonderborg go for?

it was released in 2000 and it costs (now atleast) between $100-150 (going by recent ebay prices).
