If you have extra cash, pick up the DVD's of it. I mean 24 episodes a season, one hour each, all in real time, you just can't beat that. We are on season 5 now, which is actually only 5 days out of Jack's life.

I can't wait for next Monday. The season finale is going to kick much ass indeed. It's too bad that I'll be away on business in LA and won't be able to watch until I get home. Thank God for DVR. I couldn't get into the first two episodes but then it started clicking into place. I'd not seen it before then. I noticed there's a Season 1-5 box set for the bargain RRP of £150, or around £110 online. Sounds a lot, but I suppose it's a bit cheaper than buying them all separately. Not really worth it, now that we've got two or three seasons already.
