Anyway, I'm sure most people are aware of the fight to legalize the sheeba in Canada.  If I were into that, hypothetically of course....  who else enjoys some wacky tobaccy and some gaming every now and then?

I don't smoke but last time i went to a friends house a few of them had before we started playing Halo2.

I don't know if they are any good when they arn't stoned but they couldn't beat me high.

No substances should be illegal. I dont drink smoke or do any type of drugs, hell I dont even drink soda, but I dont see why weed and other drugs are illegal just cause they dont have Bud or marlboro written on their packages.

I like drinking while playing WoW.
And yes, that counts as illegal for me.

One of my friends spends more time high/drunk than sober.  He's still getting a near 4.0 though.

never been stoned. I haven't played drunk since college. we used to play Blades of Steel on the NES all the time. I remember playing totally hammered one time. one friend who'd never beaten me figured this was his big chance as I was nearly incoherent. he was cold sober, I thrashed him something like 16 - 3. I don't think he ever played me again.

Lame.  I could go and post a long response as to why this is a really stupid thing to do (with or without games), but I'm not going to bother.  My opinion on this topic is probably known already.

I can without a doubt say that the best times in my life were when I was intoxicated in one form or another.  The things I've experienced/seen/felt while under the influence are memories I hope I will never lose.

But drugs and gaming are not my thing.  I guess that's because I only drink now and I only play CS:S and drinking slows the reaction time.

I drink vodka from time to time when playing games but that's it. I have never taken any drugs or even tried a cigarette.

If I where to start smoking I would rather smoke weed then cigs. At least weed smells OK.

i have never smoked cig's and very rarely drink alcohol. i don't do any kind of drug. so i am going to say no to illegal substances during video games. =)

I have seen people become shells of thier former selves while on some sort of drug. I used to play hockey with a guy who would play stoned ::) He was at least a solid player at one point, but once he started doing it all the time, his game play and skill level dropped alot.

Never played video games while drunk, and I dont do drugs either. (tried something once a long,long time ago)

He also played while on acid.

I never touch anything except a little Alchohol now and then. Weed seems to have turned my cousin (KarmaCreep on here) into a giggling buffoon. I'm perfectly okay with people doing what they want with their bodies but I hate to see minds wasted.

I've played against my friend Ja in Super Smash Brothers while he's drunk.  He kicks everyone's ass as DK drunk.

Well I have to say I quite enjoy my beer, but I'd rather smoke than drink.  Won't do anything harder than weed though - no way - and everything in moderation.  Gettin high everyday is as bad as gettin drunk everyday.  Don't do it.  If it's something that doesn't appeal to you, don't do it either.  I'd never buy a PSP :)

Having said that, my cousin, brother, and I tried to play Halo2 stoned one night - we spent the entire match stuck in a corner of a room trying to get out.  Kinda sucked.

But simpler games are great - Mario Bros 1, Mario Party, Zelda: Link to the Past.

When I was 15 and 16 I used to get high all the time.  I played a few games then, but I honestly can't remember what the experience was like.  Go figure.  I haven't got high in 8 or 9 years now.

I have played more than my fair share of games drunk, though.  I love playing multiplayer games drunk.  Smash Bros., Mario Party, and Donkey Konga are a blast, especially when you have 4 people playing each.  RPG suck drunk.  I've come home from the bar on a few nights and tried to play Final Fantasy and I stop after 5 minutes.  FPS's are pretty fun as well, but that falls under the category of multiplayer.

I was playing NHL 98 on the PSX (I think it was 98) and I drank a 5th of vodka. I was so drunk I fell out of the chair just sitting there. I ended up beating him in over time. To this day (7 years later) he still get pissed about that loss.

I would assume the him in Scotts story is Rick.

Well i do enjoy the wacky tobacco also but it's not a must while gaming.Though i beat a lot of games while doing it i wouldn't say i got mega better in beating games.Do what ya gotta do but don't bother others while doing it is what i say.
