Title: First thriftstore find ever! Post by: Arrrhalomynn on November 25, 2005, 06:17:30 AM I was looking for an old pc at this thriftstore and they actually had 3 playstation games! Some bowling game that didn't have the cover and Dead Ball Zone and Grudge Warriors. These last 2 were in very good condition and 85 cents each, so I bought them. They probably suck, but I don't care, I'm just glad I finally found something there.

I was also always under the impression that thrift stores here don't carry any video game related stuff, but I've been proven wrong four times so far, and one time I found quite a bit of retro gaming stuff for cheap as well. I guess it's worthwhile to check m out once in a while ;)

It was one of the first of the PS1 $9.99 budget titles near the end of it's run. Dead Ball Zone is actually pretty good. It does play a bit like soccer with a futuristic and violent twist.
