I am going to say sure submit them in the missing games thread with any and all info you can. There are PSP and GBA videos in there why not CD-i as well. Thats my thoughts on it anyways. So, no VCD's or DVD's will be added. CD-i, PSP, or GBA-specific videos/movies? Yeah, they can be added. Genre is always "Non-Game" though, naturally.
