Sometimes, you'll see an image with the 4 country flags mixed, but it's not an official flag.

That's like stating we should have Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg). It's a region, but there's nothing specific to the region like a Rating System, Display Format, or even region-specific hardware, and a large number of releases are imported from the UK.
