Title: Atari stuff
Post by: Sauza12 on June 28, 2004, 09:33:56 AM
I went to an open air flea market yesterday and found the following for $40:

Atari 2600 Sears Tele-games 6 switch
2 power supplies
5 games (Keystone Kapers, River Raid, Missle Command, Midnight Magic, Laser Blast)
and 16 controllers

Here is a breakdown of the controllers that I got:
8 paddle controllers
1 original hex stick joy stick
1 Gemstick
4 of these http://www.gamerzuniverse.net/atari/images/rgaintl.jpg
and 2 of these http://www.gamerzuniverse.net/atari/images/hotstuff.jpg

This guy was a real jag-off too.  He was charging outrageous prices for everything.  He wanted $45 for a Saturn streeing wheel controller and $19 for that Kobe Bryant game that came out for N64.  He originally wanted $90 bucks for the Atari stuff, but I talked him out of it.

Naw, no turf wars here.  I have a feeling that 90% of the stuff I need Den has had for years.

The Flea market I went to was a one day thing at Greenmead on 8 mile and Newburgh.  I found out about it just a couple hours before it ended.
