Title: Playstation 2 Adjustments Post by: bum-man on June 03, 2005, 07:59:02 PM As I mentioned in the Small Score thread I went to a yard sale today and ended up being given a Boxed Playstation 2 that the owner said was not working. The best part is it appears to play PS1 games with no problem. From what I read that means most likely it only needs an adjustment to the laser and a good cleaning get it back working fully again. Any one have any experience with this? I found this site http://arstechnica.com/articles/paedia/hardware/ps2.ars?66806 which seems to lead you thru the process. Any words of wisdom before I attempt Open Part Surgery
