Title: Spine-card in cover and back scan? Yes or no Post by: sharp on May 20, 2005, 02:16:49 PM How do you prefer scans, with or without a spine card (if spine-card is available to scan)
Here an example of two the two japanese dc games one with and one without. But mybe it is a good idea to have a poll about it. oh a few other scans-examples with spine-card mcd-jap (http://www.rfgeneration.com/images/games/J-048/bf/J-048-S-00030-A.jpg) ngcd-usa (http://www.rfgeneration.com/images/games/U-066/bf/U-066-S-00280-A.jpg) mcd-pal (http://www.rfgeneration.com/images/games/E-048/bf/E-048-S-00190-A.jpg) Title: Re: Spine-card in cover and back scan? Title: Re: Spine-card in cover and back scan? Yes or no Post by: den68 on May 21, 2005, 04:48:46 AM agreed. if you have the spine cards include them. it's a more complete representation of the game.
Title: Re: Spine-card in cover and back scan? Yes or no Post by: Izret101 on May 21, 2005, 05:22:47 AM I agree to scan it with the spine card if possible.
Like Den said it is a more accurate representation of the game. That is how it was originally sold after all. Title: Re: Spine-card in cover and back scan? Yes or no Post by: tholly on May 21, 2005, 11:35:26 AM im gonna have to say yes as well....it just looks better with it scanned

Yes or no Post by: Speedy_NES on May 21, 2005, 12:39:26 PM Me too :) I first voted I don't know since I read this post late at night and didn't really understand what a spine card was ;) But now that I do, I also agree that they should be included in the scans when possible.

And it's not like there's anything of interest underneath it. It wasn't about intrest, poit for me was I want a databse which has a common policy about scans, so that's why I asked the question. Title: Re: Spine-card in cover and back scan? Yes or no Post by: Izret101 on May 22, 2005, 04:38:05 PM Well if you have a copy with the Spine card cool.
If not the scan is still welcome. It can always be replaced later by a game with it. Title: Re: Spine-card in cover and back scan? Yes or no Post by: Lord Nepenthean on May 23, 2005, 07:10:27 AM I believe I have the spinecard for Super Runabout, so I'll try to re-do that scan.
