Title: I've just enocuntered Americas dumbest ebayer. Post by: thx1138 on May 14, 2005, 11:08:06 PM Well, dumbest ebayer, with a feedback over 100, that is. My overseas sales, are pay-pal only, payment in British pounds only.. In case that isn't clear, I have a Square Trade seal, that spells it out, slap in the middle of each auction page.

Which is a MAJOR pain in the arse. Cos I can't change small amounts.

With Europeans, I accept Euro cash. I can spend them in one shop in town anyway. altough at a quite harsh exchange rate Title: Re: I've just enocuntered Americas dumbest ebayer. Post by: Arrrhalomynn on May 15, 2005, 02:03:50 AM Money orders are awful anyway. I never accept payments from abroad unless they're euro cash, or paypal.
Title: Re: I've just enocuntered Americas dumbest ebayer. Post by: thx1138 on May 15, 2005, 02:15:08 AM i'd accept them for large amounts, but they never are large amounts.
There is one woman in the U.S who stalks me. Every time I list a Famicom cart, she starts bugging me. And if she wins it then From the moment she pays, until it arrives, e-mails every 6 hours. Block her from bidding on your stuff. |D Title: Re: I've just enocuntered Americas dumbest ebayer. Post by: thx1138 on May 15, 2005, 09:24:58 AM heh - I've had her Nar'ud - TWICE!

Title: Re: I've just enocuntered Americas dumbest ebayer. Post by: thx1138 on May 23, 2005, 01:37:52 PM There is a particular eBayer in the U.S.A who has become a thorn in my side.
She won £100+ worth of auctions, and then refused to pay because "it was her sisters account, she had taken it over, they were not her bids, i'd have to sort it out with her sister". Whatever. NPB filed, FVF refunded. Bidder is 'naru'd' It's more complicated than that. For a few people, I on occasion, forwad items for them. They are not my items, I do not sell them, I simply forwad them for some of my contacts. Never had a problem before.............. but of course, said American eBayer, is one of the people I had to forward mail to. She then sends me stroppy messgaes, saying it is not fair that I am holding her items, and I must send them at once. My diplomatic skills, were being tested to the limit, when I replied, that they were two entirely different matters - and should be treated as such, and that I had forwaded her items for my friend. anyway, she then bought more of my items on eBay, under a different name. Sigh.Had I known it was her, I would have cancelled the bids. A flood of e-mails accompanied each transaction, demanding to know when the items will arrive, had I sent them, what the tracking numbers are, etc etc I got fed up with the hassle, and blocked her. So shejust re-registered, and done a Buy-it-Now on an item. Title: Re: I've just enocuntered Americas dumbest ebayer. Post by: Arrrhalomynn on May 23, 2005, 02:15:47 PM Where does she live? Maybe one of the yankees on the board can stab her.
Title: Re: I've just enocuntered Americas dumbest ebayer. Post by: Sauza12 on May 24, 2005, 07:01:07 AM I'll do it. I think dumb Ebayers should be wiped off the face of the Earth. >:-)
