Founder www.retroplayer.nl arrested after dumping unreleased gameboy version of smash brothers. Dit gebeurde nadat er een rom (download) van een unreleased ( niet uitgegeven) gameboy spel op ons forum was gezet. Het ging om een rom van het spel smash brothers voor de gameboy. Het nieuws is net binnengekomen via onze twitter accounts (foto rechts op de pagina) en we zitten nu nog trillend een verslag te typen. Bij de arrestatie zijn computers en meerdere spellen en consoles in beslag genomen. Nintendo was op de hoogte dat er een prototype van de populaire franchise smash brothers gelekt zou worden en heeft de zaak dus heel hoog opgenomen. We hopen dat onze website in de lucht blijft en houden jullie op de hoogte op ons forum. Unfortunately, you have to be EXTREMELY careful with making prototypes of active IPs available, usually getting approval before making it public. When it comes to Nintendo, it's a sue/arrest first, ask questions later scenario. :'(
