Title: Adventures in Paris! Post by: Sureshot on April 22, 2005, 05:00:33 PM Finally got the Internet in my apartment (hooray!), and thought I'd post some pics of an Internet cafe-stroke-arcade-stroke-retro shop that I visited during my lack of connection.
These are taken on my Mobile so I apologise for the quality: (http://sureshot.sulphuricacid.co.uk/france/21-04-05_1824.jpg) One of the sides of the big display cases (http://sureshot.sulphuricacid.co.uk/france/21-04-05_1937.jpg) Mainly Mega Drive stuff (http://sureshot.sulphuricacid.co.uk/france/21-04-05_1938.jpg) SNES stuff (http://sureshot.sulphuricacid.co.uk/france/21-04-05_1940.jpg) Arcades (off because they were closing) & one of my pals (http://sureshot.sulphuricacid.co.uk/france/21-04-05_1941.jpg) Saturn stuff, PAL and JAP (stop salivating Arrr!) (http://sureshot.sulphuricacid.co.uk/france/21-04-05_1942.jpg) Dreamcast stuff (http://sureshot.sulphuricacid.co.uk/france/21-04-05_1943.jpg) More Saturn/DC stuff (http://sureshot.sulphuricacid.co.uk/france/21-04-05_1944.jpg) N64 stuff (http://sureshot.sulphuricacid.co.uk/france/21-04-05_1945.jpg) Gameboy carts (http://sureshot.sulphuricacid.co.uk/france/21-04-05_1946.jpg) More GB stuff, lots of odds & ends Nothing more retro than that unfortunately, was a nice surprise to see it in an Internet cafe though :) Title: Re: Adventures in Paris! Post by: CatchFiveBats on April 22, 2005, 05:11:16 PM I want to go to there. Too bad I live in the US... :-/
Title: Re: Adventures in Paris! Post by: Arrrhalomynn on April 22, 2005, 06:00:34 PM I'm not salivating :P. Besides, you're the weirdo that takes pictures in gamestores ;).
It's a bit hard to see what it all is, but is any of this a good deal? 5 euros for a saturn game sounds pretty good, but if they're all common ones it's a lot less interesting. Title: Re: Adventures in Paris! Post by: Izret101 on April 22, 2005, 08:08:42 PM Oddworld is a good game i would have picked that up.
That is wicked cool. Title: Re: Adventures in Paris! Post by: Tynstar on April 22, 2005, 09:04:29 PM Quote Finally got the Internet in my apartment (hooray!), Welcome back!
