Title: Dance Dance Revolution Xbox 360 question
Post by: Tynstar on June 27, 2014, 11:57:52 PM
Was this game only released with the dance ma in a bundle?

Seen here

I have just the came and the UPC on the case is different then the one listed on that game page. I was wondering if I should add it to the database as a stand alone title.

I wonder why the game would have a case with a UPC. Usually the game in a bundle doesnt have a UPC correct?

Usually, yes. Not a requirement though.

I have seen this as well. Guitar Hero sequels were marketed individually and with a bundled controller assumingly because they knew some people didn't want more controllers and already had one. I am guessing Konami would have the same idea, marketing some sequels as stand-alone games for purchase by those who already owned pads, and bundles for those without pads.

That's not the case here though. It was only a bundle, possibly as a late decision after they had been printed.

Pretty sure it was a "budget" release which may have been the deciding factor.
I bought it brand new for 40$

Also where are your scans Ray?
