Now I just have to decide which platform I want to play it on.... Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: MaterialHandlerMike on June 25, 2014, 08:27:52 AM After reacquiring my original copy last fall, that I had purchased at release in '95, I have been looking for an excuse to replay this one. Sign me up.
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Fleach on June 25, 2014, 08:31:53 AM Yeah! Nice to have you on Mike!
Oh man, buying such a game at launch must have been so cool. Sometimes I wish I was born just a bit earlier so I could have played these great games when they were new. My first experience with Chrono Trigger was in 2002 playing on the E-word at a friend's house. Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: MaterialHandlerMike on June 25, 2014, 08:38:56 AM I remember buying it at a local electronics store in the fall of '95. Like a lot of other games at the time, it retailed for $120 CA. It didn't take long before I realized the price was worth it.
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Disposed Hero on June 25, 2014, 08:45:38 AM I cut my teeth on SNES RPG's and have been playing them pretty much since I could read. I was fortunate enough to have played Chrono Trigger close to its release. I rented it, then later received it as a gift for my 8th or 9th birthday. I really wish I still had my original copy from way back then (CIB no less), but of course I sold it off with the rest of my 16-bit games once the 32-bit generation was in full swing.
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Shadow Kisuragi on June 25, 2014, 09:14:25 AM Suggestion - don't play it on PSX. The load times are horrible. While it does have the Extras Mode (exclusive to PSX), it's not worth it IMO.
Nintendo DS and later versions (iOS, Apple) have new sidequests, a couple new areas, and a new boss. The names of a lot of enemies and items were also updated. NDS version played well for me when I picked it up, and the first printing came with a nifty poster. Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Fleach on June 25, 2014, 09:29:54 AM Are the load times that terrible?
I was hoping to play the Playstation version for the anime cut scenes, but I guess I'll have to play the DS one instead. Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: russlyman on June 25, 2014, 09:44:32 AM I did finally pick a copy of the ds version. I still have my orginal copy from snes in box as well, but wanted to see if there were any differences on the ds version. I would love to play this again
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Crabmaster2000 on June 25, 2014, 09:50:11 AM If I can finish up Fire Emblem quick enough I'm definitely gonna tag along for this one. Even though I own a few different ways to play this I always have to go purist for Chrono Trigger and play the SNES version. I just can't bring myself to even try the other ones.
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Disposed Hero on June 25, 2014, 09:51:54 AM I did finally pick a copy of the ds version. I still have my orginal copy from snes in box as well, but wanted to see if there were any differences on the ds version. I would love to play this again The DS version has some pretty lackluster side content that was added (just a random cave where you pick up monotonous side quests from NPCs if I remember correctly). I believe it also has the cutscenes that were introduced in the PSX version. If I can finish up Fire Emblem quick enough I'm definitely gonna tag along for this one. Even though I own a few different ways to play this I always have to go purist for Chrono Trigger and play the SNES version. I just can't bring myself to even try the other ones. Even though I have played the DS version before and it is a well done port, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna go purist as well and play the SNES version. Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: singlebanana on June 25, 2014, 10:08:01 AM I played it just a little over a year ago, so not joining in the actual playthrough. I'll discuss though and hit some videos to refresh a bit and make sure I don't spew any spoilers.
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Shadow Kisuragi on June 25, 2014, 10:19:19 AM Same - I'm familiar with most of the game having played through 3 different versions of it, and having recently watched a speedrun that involved...eh, I don't want to mention it as it's a possible spoiler.
PSX load times can get up over a minute, and just opening your menu can take over 5 seconds. Just be prepared to deal with that possibility. Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Boshamp on June 25, 2014, 10:37:52 AM You can count me in, I am the one who made the suggestion after all. ;)
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: russlyman on June 25, 2014, 10:42:42 AM I just don't have too much time so the ds version would be good cause its portable and I can play it in bed. Because the wife hates when I don't lay in the bed at the same time ha

Gonna have to try that myself ;) Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Boshamp on June 25, 2014, 01:44:23 PM I just don't have too much time so the ds version would be good cause its portable and I can play it in bed. Because the wife hates when I don't lay in the bed at the same time ha My wife and I have been alternating nights for a couple years now, it isn't a set rule that we must alternate her nights with me with my my alone time, but since she has so many shows she enjoys that I hate, it works out. We will lay together at bedtime one night and watch our mutual shows on the DVR, and if she passes out before me, I sneak away to play; but the next night, once the kids are in bed she will stay up and watch her shows while I play games. Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Fleach on June 25, 2014, 01:49:23 PM If I can finish up Fire Emblem quick enough I'm definitely gonna tag along for this one. You can put Fire Emblem down for a month. It's OK. ;) Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Raidou on June 25, 2014, 06:35:30 PM Ordered a copy of the DS version from Canada as soon as I heard. Hopefully I will get it with enough of the month left to play it.
Played this back on the SNES (I used to live opposite a video store specialising in US imports :D ), and it's one of my favourites. Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: SirPsycho on June 25, 2014, 06:40:52 PM I only have the Chronicles PS1 release. I'll try to get through this.

Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: RetroRage on June 25, 2014, 07:20:10 PM I'm playing this on my SNES for sure.
I'm already getting songs from the game stuck in my head.... I'm more excited about this playthrough than I was with Streets of Rage and that's one of my favorite series ever. Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: RetroRage on June 25, 2014, 07:21:29 PM Heh btw it sounds like we're all married to the same woman
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Boshamp on June 25, 2014, 07:36:27 PM Definitely sounds like our wives would get along pretty well. If for no other reason than that they share common complaints about us and our games. ha ha ha
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: douglie007 on June 25, 2014, 10:02:59 PM in.. of course, now I can try and get to another ending, seen 2 so far :)
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: h1ghw1nd on June 25, 2014, 11:25:14 PM I'm in. The PS load times are around 7 seconds for just about everything, including starting and finishing a battle. It won't be so bad ;)
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Boshamp on June 25, 2014, 11:25:25 PM I don't want to ruin anything in the game for myself, being fresh to it, but do the endings require full playthroughs for each one, or is there a point where the game forks towards the middle or end and you can save the game there to make it easier and shorter to get each ending?
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: h1ghw1nd on June 25, 2014, 11:27:58 PM I believe they all depend on which point you choose to finish the game (fight the final boss) and I know one of them requires beating the game a second time.
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Boshamp on June 25, 2014, 11:37:00 PM I'm in. The PS load times are around 7 seconds for just about everything, including starting and finishing a battle. It won't be so bad ;) 7 seconds sounds about what I would expect from an older disc-based game. I played a ton of old school stuff growing up, but Jr. high and high school were filled with the most hours, and those went mostly to games from the fifth and early sixth generation (my love for the Gamecube being born as well and my official start to collecting). I feel like it wouldn't be that bad for me, growing up playing games with extended load times regularly, but understand where you guys are coming from comparing the experience to the cart based versions where load times wouldn't be trouble. Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Boshamp on June 25, 2014, 11:39:50 PM I believe they all depend on which point you choose to finish the game (fight the final boss) and I know one of them requires beating the game a second time. So side quests are the impacting factor. I do love me some side quests. :) Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: singlebanana on June 26, 2014, 01:47:24 PM Wow, 3 pages already and we haven't even popped the game in. Ha!
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Shadow Kisuragi on June 26, 2014, 02:38:27 PM Damn, I was TRYING to hide that there were multiple endings...
In any case, there's a new secret ending on the DS (and newer) vesions. Endings are based on how/when you finish the game. That's all I'll say to that aspect, but I would expect achievements based on which ending you earn. Speaking of which, I need to get off my ass and add achievement badges to the site! Along with about 80+ other things... Damn, I wish I worked on the site as my primary job rather than as an "as available" thing. Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: MaterialHandlerMike on June 27, 2014, 02:25:19 PM I popped the game in a couple days ago. Listened to the intro several times in the background before eventually turning the system off. Was going to get a head start but I can wait.

For those not familiar with CT, the first thing I recommend is to be prepared to devote a couple of hours starting out as it will take some time to get to the first save point, unless things have changed since the SNES version. As you advance, the save points will appears more often.
Explore all the different areas of the fair before checking our Lucca's invention. If you to want to build your stats and purchase upgraded gear before your first travel (recommended), use the training robot, Gato, or wander through the forest. I don't want to sound like I'm providing a walk through, and you can certainly find many sites to provide that, but preparing yourself from the start can be very beneficial. The game developers, to their credit, didn't believe in baby steps. Even Gato can really kick your tail around. I look forward to hearing opinions and comments about this great game as the month goes on. You can't UNHEAR it. In all seriousness, I'm DEEPLY interested in seeing what people will pick up throughout this game. There are a lot of things that, unless you've played it in the past, you won't notice... like that. You should never have to buy any shelters. There's a bush in the Guardia Forest with a monster a hiding in it. Shake the bush and his fat little body falls out and drops a shelter. You can do this every time you visit the forest. Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: NeoMagicWarrior on July 04, 2014, 11:08:50 PM Do you mean FF Chronicles? Thoughts so far:
--ATB was either a neat way to keep things interesting, or a terrible choice that I am gonna kick myself for. --It seems like my choices matter way more; sorta like how Mass Effect should have been --I still don't ever do side quests. Some things never change. I would think that ATB would be an interesting choice, but I like to take my time planning out my battle strategies so I chose the turn based option. I'm glad that Chrono Trigger holds up as well as it does. This is one of the only RPGs where dungeon crawling never starts to feel like a grind for me personally (probably because there are no random encounters). It's been a long time since I've played it, but I'm grasping some of the more intricate details of the story more than I ever did when I was a kid. I'm also having an easier time with the game than I did as a kid. I guess I'm probably better at strategizing now that I'm an adult. Also, I'm pretty sure that Magus's cronies Ozzie, Slash, and Flea are references to Ozzy Osbourne, Slash from Guns N Roses, and Flea from the Red Hot Chili Peppers. One of the random NPCs even refers to them as tonedeaf! :) Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Fleach on July 14, 2014, 02:49:25 PM I'm using a walkthrough for the checkpoints and didn't realize that the "challenge Lavos" stuff applies to New Game Plus.

Yes, they are references to the band members. Although, Flea's Japanese name is a pun on the word Mayonnaise (Mayonnai). Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Boshamp on July 14, 2014, 05:19:54 PM It is really embarrassing to admit, but I seem to have lost my FF chronicles as well as about half of my PS1 game collection. In the words of Mario: "Here we go!" Edit: What an awesome opening scene on the Playstation. I was only able to start before passing out in my chair. I didn't get to a save point before that time came, so I will repeat it, but that is something I have become used to with as much as I love RPGs and as long as I have played them over the years. I am glad they released this on the Playstation, DS and in digital form. Just from the first hour or so, this feels like a game everyone should play, even if you cannot afford the SNES version. :) Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Raidou on July 16, 2014, 04:07:23 AM The Magus battle is awesome, and one of my all-time favourite RPG showdowns (as well as the theme).

YES! That part is so epic. The lead up to the battle, and then that awesome theme starts. One of the best parts of the game. How's everyone doing with the game? As I already mentioned I fell behind and just started the fight with Magus. Holy cow, he's giving me a tough time. Still chipping away at the optional sidequests. As much as I love this game, I really feel like the sidequests at the end were tacked on and feel pretty shallow compared to the rest of the game. They have their moments though where they add a bit to the plot and give some closure to the characters' individual stories. Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: RetroRage on July 16, 2014, 04:38:36 PM Still loving this game. How's everyone doing? Who's in your teams? Surprisingly this is the first time I'm playing Chrono Trigger (I'd played it before very briefly on the Big E) and I'm floored by the elegant pixel art. A lot of the locations look stunning. My team consists of Chrono, Frog, and either Ayla or Lucca depending on if I need a fire magic person. Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: techwizard on July 18, 2014, 02:26:38 AM I started this today and saved about 1 hour in. As much as i'd love to play on the original, it's just too expensive for me to justify when i'm really not a big snes guy. so i picked up the DS version for $30 CIB, and really like it so far! there are some options to make the port more like the original in terms of interface, so the combat system i have in classic mode for now (might try DS mode later). It's not too heavy in the anime cutscenes so far besides the intro video, which is nice. it even has an option to disable the anime cutscenes if i want to, but for now i'm fine with leaving them on.
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Raidou on July 18, 2014, 08:53:01 AM I have just...
So I am almost up to the week 3 checkpoint. My team usually consists of Crono, Frog & Marle because I have Arc Frost, Glacier Burst and 2 healers, although I am swapping Ayla in more often now she has Charm (and an 'Alluring Top' which seems somewhat redundant). I also want to level her up... Quote Surprisingly this is the first time I'm playing Chrono Trigger (I'd played it before very briefly on the Big E) and I'm floored by the elegant pixel art. The only SNES game I can think of that comes close to this in artistic quality is Bahamut Lagoon. Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Shadow Kisuragi on July 18, 2014, 09:18:39 AM Something to note, as many initial playthroughs somehow end up with similar parties, but Robo/Lucca party can be more powerful than Marle/Frog. Lucca's later Fire spells are some of the best in the game, and Robo's healing is almost on par with Marle (besides the Life spell).
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Disposed Hero on July 18, 2014, 11:56:40 AM I finished Chrono Trigger last night. It's always great to revisit this classic. I ended up getting the "Beyond Time" ending, which seems to be the standard good ending in the game. I might go back and see if I can get the "Dream Project" ending since it shouldn't take too long, assuming my New Game+ levels are high enough.
I used everybody pretty much equally until I learned all of their techs, then my main endgame party ended up being (you might not want to look at the spoiler if you haven't beaten the game before. A couple of the characters could be considered spoilers at this point in the playthrough) This group is awesome for dealing high damage. The biggest downside is that none of them are healers, but I had so many Elixers and a good handful of Megalixers after doing all of the sidequests that it wasn't an issue. And it probably goes without saying, but the soundtrack to this game is awesome. Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: russlyman on July 18, 2014, 01:38:17 PM I was cranking away last night in Magus's castle leveling up. I always choose it over ATB within Squaresoft/Enix RPGs ...I totally killed Magus, I admit I didn't see him becoming a character I could pick up...It certainly is not as obvious a route as optional characters are in other games...or I just plain missed it in my haste to catch up. I enjoy that though. When I read he was a playable character on this thread tonight, I decided I would definitely replay this one again, and I will devote an entire PS1 memory card to saving each ending I can find. This game truly is on another level. It has inspired me to not only question what my favorite RPG is, but has made me really want to stop whoring cheevos on the 360 and just play all the RPGs I have. Lufia II was my favorite RPG before this experience. It has been probably 10 years since I have played it though, so before I declare a new favorite, I will be replaying it to freshen my memory first. I'm happy with that and will probably try for other endings much, much later. This was a beast of a game!
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: MaterialHandlerMike on July 30, 2014, 03:40:04 PM Good job Fleach. I originally tried to beat it with Robo, Lucca and Chrono, but got my butt handed to me. Managed to win with Ayla, Frog and Chrono. What party did you use? was this your first time beating CT?
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Fleach on July 30, 2014, 06:46:05 PM Yep. First time beating Chrono Trigger. My winning team was Crono, Frog, and Lucca. I played very defensively and Lucca still died. Lavos Core's attacks seem power against female characters; they even annihilated Ayla when I tried the battle with her.
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Shadow Kisuragi on July 30, 2014, 06:58:32 PM First playthrough I ever did, my winning team was Crono, Frog and Marle. This was back in '97...damn. YOU GUYS ARE MAKING ME FEEL OLD.
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: MaterialHandlerMike on July 30, 2014, 07:16:33 PM I never used Ayla's Charm ability before, as much as I did for this playthrough.
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: SirPsycho on July 30, 2014, 07:21:39 PM My first team that took down Lavos was Crono Magus and Frog.
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Raidou on July 31, 2014, 04:46:27 AM As I had one day left in July, I went for another ending...
EDIT: Added pic. Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Fleach on July 31, 2014, 07:47:46 AM So you don't have to replay the game to get new endings?
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Fleach on July 31, 2014, 08:30:03 AM Take a gander at this.
http://www.destructoid.com/what-is-the-most-life-changing-game-you-ve-ever-played--278836.phtml I'm sure many people here have the same sentiments about Chrono Trigger. Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Raidou on July 31, 2014, 08:52:37 AM So you don't have to replay the game to get new endings? I did start a New Game+ to get that ending, although the way this game manages completed game saves, I'd say you could get at few endings witout having to restart. Title: Re: Post by: douglie007 on August 01, 2014, 10:14:04 AM Still grinding to beet lavos but should have it done this week
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: russlyman on August 02, 2014, 09:35:55 AM Grinding away as well. Trying to find the time between work as well. Having a blast with it.
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: techwizard on August 02, 2014, 10:28:03 PM been playing it now and then too, around 6 hours in
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: russlyman on August 05, 2014, 08:12:44 AM Grinded more last night. Getting there. Hoping to finish it this week.
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Fleach on August 05, 2014, 08:22:47 AM What level is your party? If you're in the mid to high 50s you should be fine.
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: techwizard on August 06, 2014, 12:42:35 AM finally beat Masa and Mune, man those kids gave me trouble. i actually had to beat them twice because the first time i forgot to save afterwards.
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: russlyman on August 07, 2014, 09:29:08 AM Yeah I was leveling up in the dark palace and got to the queen. Beat her, beat the mammoth machine, but died on the third form. I think I'm only in level 40's so more grinding :0(.
Also having trouble finding the person that makes the look a like dolls for chrono Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Fleach on August 07, 2014, 10:01:57 AM The Crono doll person is in the Millennial Fair. His tent is off to the right of the first area. He'll make you play a "Simon Says" type mini game before he sells you the Crono doll.
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: russlyman on August 08, 2014, 11:32:38 AM Thanks Fleach!
I have been grinding away for a while. Everyone is 999 health and 99 magic with a level of roughly in the 60's I have been grinding in the Black Omen here There is a nice save point below You get over 2000 experience plus good gold and a turbo ether each time. Really helps Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: Fleach on August 08, 2014, 12:35:05 PM That's a good grinding spot. I used it prior to the big fight also. You can fight those turret things in the lower right as well. This whole area will give you over 4000 exp.
You're very close to the end. Just finish a meandering dungeon and get ready to face Lavos. Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: techwizard on August 11, 2014, 11:56:43 PM still plugging away at this, just got to the magic kingdom in 12000 BC...really cool looking place but i was already playing for a while so i stopped before looking around
Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: russlyman on August 17, 2014, 08:41:37 AM I love the atmosphere in 12000BC. Really cool. I'm still playing as well. There's so much to do. I beat it the other night. I can now start the game over with my stats and I'm trying to fight Lavos right away with just Crono and Marle. Def a good time. The De version actually has slots to show which endings you unlocked. 13 endings in total!

I beat it once so far. Trying to beat it now with just Chrono and Marle by warping there from the fair. Keeping dying but I'll get it soon enough. Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: russlyman on August 22, 2014, 08:28:32 PM Yeah they can def be a bitch. Ha Yeah there are a few side quest I'd like to complete as well. There's so much to be done
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: techwizard on August 22, 2014, 10:10:49 PM beat those sisters and just got back my stuff after being imprisoned on that big ship. the in-game cutscenes after the mammon machine scene were awesome.
on the Golem Sisters i put blue vests on two characters, and armour that cuts fire damage in half on the third. with marle i kept hitting them with Ice II so that they would copy the water move and heal my two blue vest characters, and when marle was healing the fire resistant character i had that character use a fire move. the battle was amazingly easy with that strategy. Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: russlyman on August 23, 2014, 12:28:40 AM Awesome man. Yeah that is def a good strategy. I just got the hardest ending. Beating the game with just Marle and Chrono in your party. Pretty sweet.
Working on some side quest now. I had to look up a few because I couldn't remember and didn't want to wonder around forever. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Title: Re: July Retro Community Playthrough - Chrono Trigger Post by: techwizard on September 01, 2014, 10:57:07 PM finished up with everything in the Black Omen, including the early Lavos fights. it's given me another chance to side-quest so i thought it was time for a break, when i get back i'm going shopping for more of every item. currently have just under 80 Turbo Ethers though so i'm good there.
edit: finished with ending #1! final party: Chrono, Frog, and Marle. i first tried with Magus, Frog, and Marle but i lost and had to switch it up. everyone had status immunity which helped a lot, levels were i believe Chrono 56, Frog 54, Marle 55. i tried paying attention to the background during the final fight like Fleach suggested in the podcast but i couldn't figure out what any of it actually meant in terms of how to fight. what worked for me was essentially brute force, i just kept killing the left pod first and then trying to kill the other 2 before he resurrected them...which he did at least 5 times or more. this was an awesome game, it's a contender for my new favourite game of all time, but that's a bold thing to say about a game i only just finished, so for now i'll leave it as top 5 for sure. |
