Some are "promo" items, which means there is a hole in barcode. But still factory sealed, with security seal. Thankfully all the rares are legit, sealed. I did pick up a sealed Fire Pro Wrestling Returns at Goodwill not too long ago. As a huge wrestling fan and an owner of a used copy, I figured I couldn't pass on a sealed copy for 2 bucks.
