Ubisoft was the publisher for the North American release though. It also says elsewhere on the back "© 2006 Ubisoft Entertainment. Published by Ubisoft. All right reserved.". There's also a UK address for Ubisoft on the back. This is definitely a European release, as it has a PEGI rating, the region 2 logo and the back of the box states "Licensed for sale only in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Oceana.". However, it's definitely a UK release because I did a search on the EAN, matched it up to images of the box art I found and the box is only in English.
