They basically just have the classic game and then mashed in a Tetris element to it for another type of play. I'm not trying to rain on anyone's parade. I love the original Dr. Mario and even have the updated WiiShop version downloaded on my Wii so that the wife and I can play, but I don't see this adding any value to the series. Well, maybe at least a new generation of gamers will be exposed to Dr. Mario.
