If yours is CIB and/or some kind of special edition I've seen them go over $200 (on eBay, but still....)

PSP is my jam this year, I'm watching them hard. I think $100-$120 is high considering that Wal-Mart will sell you a brand spanking new 3000 with 3 games for $99. In the last year I have bought a perfect white Japanese 1000 loose for $18.50 shipped and I've also sold a CIB Star Wars 2000 for $85 so this is the range of extremes. Like Slowman said, Walmart still sells PSP-3000 new for $100, so they aren't worth more than that. SMTIV is worth around $35-40.
