I know the game shop near me (that usually has fair prices on things) sells model 3000's for about $100-120 for loose units depending on condition. If yours is CIB and/or some kind of special edition I've seen them go over $200 (on eBay, but still....)

Vitas I've seen go for between $130-$200 depending on color (white gets a premium) and accessories (add $50 for a 32GB mem card, add $20 for CIB, add $10 for an AC adapter).

PSP is my jam this year, I'm watching them hard.  I think $100-$120 is high considering that Wal-Mart will sell you a brand spanking new 3000 with 3 games for $99.  In the last year I have bought a perfect white Japanese 1000 loose for $18.50 shipped and I've also sold a CIB Star Wars 2000 for $85 so this is the range of extremes.  Gamestop asks $89.99 for a used 3000, $60 on Amazon.

Are there any accessories/box/manuals for the Vita?  I may be interested depending on price.

Like Slowman said, Walmart still sells PSP-3000 new for $100, so they aren't worth more than that.

SMTIV is worth around $35-40.  Most people bought it to get the $30 Club Nintendo promo, so there are way more used copies on the market than usual.
