I've noticed its becoming a lot more popular, at least in my area. Some people are crazy enough to compete with it too. I'm no competitor just yet. Curious if anyone else participates. Myself, I need to get into normal shape before I can get into the burn of this crossfit thing. Might take about a year, at the rate i'm goin'. We'll see... |
