....on my diet today.  I feel terrible rfgents.

For the past few weeks my fiance' and I have been doing these week long diets.  Last week it was no sugar.  The week before that it was vegetarian week.  This week it's no bread, no sugar. 

It's day 1 today and it's my day off , my fiance' is supposedly at work.  There's nothing to eat in the house except for the left over pizza from the other night.  My mind is telling me no, but my body....my body is telling me yes.  So I tell myself okay fatty, you can have it, but you're gonna fly straight for the rest of the week.  But for now, I'm making love to that pizza.

I pop that son of a bitch in the microwave and prepare myself for a feast worthy of king...of poor willpower.

So I'm sitting at the computer in my underpants browsing youtube, enjoying myself.  I get halfway done with the first slice, and all the sudden I hear the doorknob jiggle.  My head snaps around, and before I could even pretend to ditch the evidence the door swings wide open and there stands my fiance', with a salad in hand.  Caught red handed.  Completely unexpected.  She usually calls me when she gets off work, and today she was 3 hours early.  And now she's pissed.  Well, more like disappointed, which is worse. 

How can I make this up to her?

There wasn't a Twix handy?
You should've offered her some. Also, don't let food go to waste just because of a diet.  :nono:

Honestly, only thing to do is to keep on the diet.

The no sugar diet it tough. Tough because everything has sugar in it. Just finding sugar free food is a challenge. I do notice when people stick to it, it works pretty well.

Say you're sorry and go on a long walk. Do some push ups. Walk to a playground and do some pull ups.

And besides, I remember you looking like a young Brad Pitt, the occasional piece of pizza won't hurt.

Well there's your problem right there, trying to resist two of the most delicious and enjoyable empty-calorie carbs at the same time, rather than just one.

I've managed to cut my bread intake down significantly since my 350-pound glory days. Still struggling with the sugar part, though.


What, are you crazy?! She's liable to become jealous and resentful over the deal if you one-up her like that. Save that for when you're already married.

Just tried, she didn't buy it.  What else ya got

Drug her, put her naked in a bed with a bunch of pizza and snap pictures.
