Not a whole lot really besides adding a modem...I think folks at Sega where under a lot of pressure at the time to make something that would make Sega top dog in the console market...this was probably one of quite a few prototypes that were made during this era. They were really ahead of the game with the modem though. Too bad the Saturn faired so poorly over here, or we may have seen some real innovation.
