I was talking to Antimind some time back and she said she was shy, then I said I'm shy too. We both couldn't imagine each other being shy.

So, are you shy? And I know it's not really a yes/no question. There are situation in which every king cool is shy and situations in which the the most anti social recluse is as open as Sabrine Maui. Just take the average of all situations.

I hope some other people aren't shy. Mostly just because I  always feel really pushy and loud-mouthed (which, to be fair, I am) when I'm around shy people.

Actually.. now that I think about it.. quite a few of my friends are really shy.. <33's to everyone

I dont really think I am an introvert, but I am not very outgoing.  So I guess I am shy.

Used to be shy.  But since I became a manager of 25 people, that seems to have turned me around in the past few years.  Not really shy at all anymore.  Never really thought about that before.  Huh.  Weird.

I'm shy and not, depends on the situation. In general no (so I voted no). I have interesting conversations with strangers an shit all the time even *shrug* I am very shy though when it comes to the boy/girl shit. I think that's cause I like to avoid the inevitable "not if you were the last chick on earth"...lol

Kyle... you used to be shy. If you're the kind of person who can just announce to some chick in class that she's hot... I wouldn't really say you're all that shy anymore.

Thats not so much being not shy as saying something that everyone knows and is blatantly obvious.

I am shy in person, but if I am in a situation where I need to be an extrovert (ie. managining 70 peeps and getting paid for it) I can be as well. But if you were to stand right next to me on the street for an hour and half and I don't know you then there is very slim chance that I would actually talk to you. I hate dealing with first impressions.

The only reason that I was able to do that was because I knew that her reaction was going to be funny.  I normally cant even talk to people I don't know.  

I voted yes, but most of my shiness comes from me not having anything to say.  I'm not like some people who always have something to say about anything.  I try to get my point across as quickly as possible using as few words as possible.
