What happened to the time when the offended person went out, bought himself a weapon and challenged said offender to a duel? And if you wanted financial supplimentation all you had to do was, after you cut/blew/beat his head off, loot his over bloated body for spare change then go to his house and steal all the silverware and women he owned.
