Six months after Back to the Future Part III, the DeLorean time machine mysteriously returns to Hill Valley, driverless! Marty McFly must once again go back in time or else the space-time continuum will forever be unraveled!
Featuring Christopher Lloyd as Doc Brown with special appearances by Michael J. Fox and Claudia Wells, and introducing A.J. LoCascio voicing Marty McFly. Created in cooperation with movie series Co-Writer and Producer, Bob Gale.

Review:
Back to the Future is a franchise revered by many fans across the world. It has become a classic. The video games based on the license, however, have been playable at best. Back to the Future: The Game looks to change all of that. Instead of forcing traditional video game mechanics onto the franchise, Telltale does what they do best by creating a new story arc set after Back to the Future III with a "Point and Click" interface.
The voice acting is most likely the first thing you will notice. Many original voice actors have been cast in an effort to make the game sound just like the movies. Christopher Lloyd reprises his role as Doc Brown, and A.J. Locascio voices a really convincing Marty. Even Michael J. Fox makes contributes his voice acting talent later in the game. For the most part, the voice acting is very well done.
The story in the game made me feel like I was watching a longer Back to the Future movie. As a fan of the series, it was nice to see the major characters making appearances throughout the five episodes that comprise the game. I felt that the characters stayed true to their movie counterparts. The story is full of the usual Back to the Future craziness, with multiple settings throughout numerous timelines. With Robert Zemeckis and Bob Gale contributing to the game, it feels as if this is Back to the Future IV.
So, now on to the more video-game aspects. For a game that costs only $19.99 MSRP, I guess I should not have expected the polish of a game such as Uncharted. However, it would be nice to see some of the graphical bugs worked out. At certain points during gameplay it seems as if the game experiences slowdown, and graphic stuttering ensures. While it surely isn't gamebreaking or common enough to detract from the game overall, it can get annoying. Another point of contention I had with the game was that I got stuck trying to progress the story relatively often. Although there is an option for hints, they were sometimes vague and often left me resorting to an online walkthrough (gasp!).
Overall, I had fun playing through the game. It had a great story, great voice actors, and it kept me engaged (mostly) throughout the entire game. A few niggling issues keep it from being a must-play game, but I think that fans of the Back to the Future movies will have a great time playing as Marty McFly in a video game that doesn't suck.
